Hi everyone!
What is up? How are you all doing? I’m sorry I am not as active these days, but I promise you I am preparing something special and I am so excited about it!
Anyways, today, I want to talk about these face masks.
Face masks are one of my first crocheted item in this blog. Now, they are becoming more relevant due to the pandemic. Looking back, I noticed that the design and functionality of the face masks back then were quite outdated.
You can see that post here
So, I made a new set of face masks.

Now, it has a pocket so you can put a filter to prevent dust and viruses to enter your nose and mouth. I believe there are filters available that can filter 2.5 microns or something. I also see a lot of people using tissue paper as alternative.
The new design is much better too. It has a slightly concave shape and it has some sort of ribbed feel to it, but it is not really ribbed.
I found the pattern online from a facebook group I am part of, but I can’t really find it anymore.
I made quite a few of these thinking I would be able to sell them, but then again, it’s me and I’m not quite good at marketing my crocheted items so yeah.
Anyways they are still cute!
I even made one that matches a beanie I made before! Some people told me I look like a ninja! Here is a picture of it:

Tell me your thoughts in the comments! Oh by the way, speaking of comments, Facebook Comments are now enabled on all our posts! Although it takes quite a while to load
That’s all for now.
Thanks for reading!
Love lots!
