A lot of people liked the crocheted shoes I made using broken shoes. I thought I should make another one.
I had this shoes broken for quite a while now, I don’t even remember how it broke like this. I thought I would transform it.

I gathered my materials and started to work on it.
I used Black Indophil Yarn, 3.0mm hook, pliers, needle and garter so it wouldn’t fall.
I actually thought of making a sole inside but I didn’t push through with it.

The first thing I did was cut a good chunk of the leftover shoe cloth to put in a good base I could work with. I then sewed the first layer and started working up to the knee.
I made what I call a bamboo detail on the outer side of each shoe to make it a bit cute.
I hesitated to put the garter on top because it wasn’t really that necessary because it can hold up without it, but I still did to be something like an insurance just in case it won’t hold up.
Lastly, I added the flower like detail above the garter to finish up the “cute” concept.
And here it is!

Bamboo Detail on the right shoe
Bamboo detail on the left shoe

Ain’t it cute?
I’m planning to do another one like this so like us on Facebook to stay updated.
Thanks for reading.
Lots of love
