What size crochet hook did you use?
I used 5mm
I love this hat. Have you seen the new Riverdale adaption?
Hey! I really like this pattern. What kind of yarn did you use?
I used Acrylic yarn that I bought from a school supplies shop near my house. But I think it would also look good on other types of yarn
the pattern says bpdc but the description says front post double crochet, which one is it. I have tried both and neither one looks right. Also curious about the 3-15 rows. when I tried to make this hat that section made it so big that it covered my head to my nose. Is it possibly done with half doubles instead of double crochet’s?
If you make a medium or a large, how many more chains should you start with?
Thanks so much…
M
Hi there…
Thank you for the pattern. If I wanted to adjust the size would it have to be by 8 sticthes as that is the amount in the crown part?
What size hook?
For a large how many stitches should the chain be
the side with the ridges is the right side???
Might be a total moron but do you slip stitch up the entire hat to finish it off? And I did 80 originally but it was way too big and I down sized it to 65. It is still on the big side for my 13 year old son. The peaks on the crown are dead on though, great job!!!!
How much yarn would I need? Answer ASAP please 🙂 thanks
