This project is a special one as someone requested it!
I have also been a fan of this anime so I decided to go through it and do this project!
Do you know the anime, Sword Art Online? It is actually a cool anime that is centered on Kirigaya Kazuto, or most commonly known by his codename, Kirito.
The setting is mostly inside the Virtual Reality Game in whuch the characters cannot get out of.
When they die in-game, their real bodies off-game also dies. If their loved ones or family members force the VR device out of them, the also die.
It is a great anime as there are a lot of adventures and challenges that showcases how Kirito and his friends overcame these.
So.. about what I made,
Kirito has a signature item that is part of its in-game character costume; the black fingerless gloves.
His look is very iconic and a lot of cosplayers have cosplayed him.
So, I made his gloves with the following materials
As you can see this is such a short list of materials,
- 1.00mm crochet hook
- stitch markers
- thread scissors
- tapestry needle
- black indophil yarn
This is a fun project before as I had made fingerless gloves before but it is very tactile and had a bit of design.
But Kirito’s gloves were just so simple.
